Program overview

$1,000 to fund original AzCEP-member research

• Open to AzCEP members: attending physicians, fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Residents and students need a faculty advisor named on the application.
• Original research, QI, education research, or case series are all eligible.
• IRB must be in motion before funding is released (approved, submitted, or pending).
• Deliverable expectations: a poster at the next AzCEP Annual Research Symposium, a brief progress report at one year, and a peer-reviewed publication (AzCEP support acknowledged).
• Review committee meets in December; awards announced late January.
